How does it detect documentation drift?
We parse your OpenAPI/Swagger spec, then send real HTTP requests to each documented endpoint. We compare actual responses — status codes, headers, and body schemas — against what your docs claim. Any mismatch is flagged immediately.
Does it work with private or internal APIs?
Yes. You can provide an API base URL and authentication headers. The monitor runs checks from our infrastructure, so your API just needs to be reachable over HTTPS.
What happens when drift is detected?
You receive an alert via Slack, email, or a custom webhook. The dashboard shows a diff of the expected vs actual response so your team can fix the docs or the API immediately.
